Designed Specifically for Manufactured & Modular Homes

We specialize in accessory structures for manufactured and modular homes throughout Southwest Florida.

Manufactured and modular homes are structurally similar, but depending on the age of the home, additional support my be required. Some older homes may need an additional beam or structural attachment point, while newer homes with host beams may require less additional framing.

During our site visit, we evaluate:

  • Slab requirements
  • Property setbacks
  • Height limitations

County Code & Firewall Requirements

One area many homeowners are unaware of its county-specific requirements. 

Sarasota & Charlotte Counties

  • When building a shed attached to your home, we remove the home’s siding and install a firewall to protect your house in case of fire. This is required by code for attached sheds in northern counties. 

Lee County

  • Firewall not required for standard attached sheds in Lee County. However, it is required for attached garages. We handle all county-specific requirements automatically— you don’t need to know the codes, we do.

We stay up to date on local code requirements and handle permitting properly. Skipping permits or code compliance can create major issues when selling your home later.

Yes, we pull permits for every installation. This protects your investment and prevents issues when selling your home. Unlike unlicensed contractors who skip permits, we ensure full compliance.

Can you build custom shed designs?

Yes. If our engineer can design it, we can build it.

Do you offer a warranty?

We provide a 1-year warranty from installation date on all workmanship. This covers any issues with the quality of our installation.

Do county requirements vary?

Yes. If our engineer can design it, we can build it. 

Do you work on both manufactured and modular homes?

Yes, we work on both with equal expertise. There’s no difference in our approach, quality, or capabilities between home types.
